UPDATE As of March 28, 2020
On March 17, 2020, under the direction of Dr. Bonnie Henry, the Provincial Health Officer (PHO), the Provincial Government directed all K-12 schools to immediately suspend in-class instruction until further notice.
Spring Session at LEC was originally scheduled to start on April 30, but we don’t know how long the current restrictions on in-class instruction will last. In the meantime, we will continue to enroll students for Spring Session 2020 so we are prepared to run classes if the restrictions are lifted by then. LEC staff will be working behind the scenes on possible alternate plans for Spring Session if needed. Thanks for your patience and stay tuned.
Registration for our Spring Session is OPEN! View our schedule here!
Structured classes for the Spring Session run from April 30, 2020 to June 19, 2020. Join Langley’s only multi-generational high school with students from 16 to 60 (plus!) who are taking courses to graduate, to upgrade before moving on to post-secondary, or who want to improve their skills and confidence to transition to a new job.
- Academic high school courses, including Anatomy and Physiology 12, Chemistry 11, English Studies 12, Math 11/12 & Physics 11
- Elective high school courses, including Accounting 11 (Blended) Comparative Cultures 12 (Blended), Marketing 12 (Blended), Photography 12 (Blended)

Spring Session at LEC is approximately 7 weeks long, and is fast paced and condensed. Students need to consider their personal work schedules, family commitments and other personal commitments before registering as regular attendance is mandatory.
Registration for self-paced classes is ongoing until mid April.
